As new prodcuts are added to we are hoping that we will start to be able to offer home delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You are still able to safely Click & Collect from any of our 23 stores. For more information about how we’re adapting our processes due to COVID-19, click here. All cycles for home delivery are supplied in the manufacturer’s original carton. These are approximately 85% assembled, but they will need some self-assembly and a few final adjustments before they’re ready to go (see the bottom of this page for details).


How do I place an order? To begin, browse our website and choose any products from our extensive catalogue. Once you’ve decided on a product, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add that item to your shopping basket. If you’ve selected multiple items but would like to remove one, just click the ‘bin’ icon in your shopping basket. Once you’ve selected the products you’d like to purchase, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. This will take you to our secure checkout page, where you can provide your payment and delivery details. All of payments are taken via PayPal or Google Checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, and Solo cards. All payments must be made online, via our secure checkout system. Unfortunately, we cannot accept telephone, fax, or email orders.

Assembly required for your new bike The bike will be delivered in a box, as shown below:

When you unpack it, some assembly will be required. Typical assembly will be (but is not limited to):

Insertion of the seat and post to the frame Insertion of the handlebars to the frame/fork

Attachment of the pedals to the crank Mounting of the front wheel to the fork Minor adjustment of the brakes and gears Standard tools are required for assembly. These generally include an adjustable wrench, hex wrench, pliers, and a screwdriver. A socket set is also recommended and will be required for bikes with bolt-on pedal cranks. Please refer to the instruction manual for a full list of tools required for assembly.
