We endeavour to offer the lowest possible prices on all types of bikes, coupled with a comprehensive guarantee on all bikes and components.

All our products are guaranteed, and all frames purchased have a lifetime guarantee with us, meaning there is no need to deal directly with the manufacturer.

Please note that this warranty only applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person. You may have other legal rights which are not affected by this warranty.

Please take a moment to register your bike frame number with us to validate your Cycle King warranty.

To validate your warranty, you must register your bike within 60 days of purchase.

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months, but all of our bicycle frames have a lifetime guarantee.

If any part on the bike develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement part free of charge.

Frame colour and year may vary if an exact match is unavailable.

Please ensure you retain your original receipt.

Forks are not considered part of the frame and frames must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense.

Every bicycle or component purchased from Cycle King has a useful life cycle.

Regular servicing is important and safety checks should be carried out at least once per year.

The above warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. We also exclude commercial use.

• Parts & Accessories (Spares):All spares are covered by a 3-month warranty.
• Bikes (New):All new bikes come with a 12-month warranty, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Frame Warranty:Bike frames are covered by a lifetime warrantyagainst manufacturing defects.

Please note, warranty terms may vary on selected products.Where different terms apply, these will be clearly stated on your receipt at the time of purchase.

• Second-Hand Bikes:Pre-owned bikes are sold with a 3-month warranty, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, products must be properly maintained and used in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This includes appropriate storage, regular servicing, and general care. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations will not be covered. We do not cover for commercial use.
