Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging
• Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept returns of:

• Used items
• Worn/installed parts
• Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Email us with clear photos/videos and we will resolve this quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes — return the item as normal and place a new order for the replacement.

You can return unused spares and accessories to any Cycle King branch.

Please bring:

• Unused item in its original condition
• Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt or bank statement)

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes are not eligible for refund and may only be considered for exchange within 14 days if unused, strictly at the discretion of the company.

• Refunds and exchanges available within 14 days of purchase on spares and accessories.
• After 14 days, a store credit voucher may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Items must be:

• Refunds go back to the original payment method
• Card refunds must be issued to the same card used
• Finance purchases follow V12 Finance terms
• Gift voucher purchases are refunded as gift vouchers

Please return the item with proof of purchase.
Our team will assess and repair, replace or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
